Blue Bag Recycling Woes

The blue bags recycling introduced by Labour is causing problems for local residents with missed collections, lost or torn bags, spilled paper littering local streets full bags too heavy and inefficient collection methods.

Liberal Democrat Councillors predicted these problems and called for residents to be given the choice of another smaller wheelie bin for cans, bottles & plastic with the larger blue topped bin for paper and cardboard.

Labour would not listen and problems like these blown away blue bags highlighted by Lib Dem Councillor Paul Lorber are the inevitable result.
